The idea of LEGO Serious Play was developed in Switzerland by two academics in conjunction with the LEGO CEO in the 1990s. It is a style of learning, applicable over a variety of themes, designed to improve your creative thinking and communication skills.
The workshop will be run by Dr Antje Fielder (Accredited LEGO Serious Play Facilitator) and Mai Pham.

About the Facilitators:
Antje Fiedler, The University of Auckland Business School
Antje is Senior Lecturer in the Management and International Business Department at The University of Auckland Business School. Antje is also teaching in the Business School’s MBA programme. Her research interests include growth and internationalisation of firms, with a focus on emerging Asia, and employment relations. She is Deputy Director of the New Zealand Asia Institute and a member of the Academic Advisory Team of the Southeast Asia Centre of Asia-Pacific Excellence.
Mai Pham, The University of Auckland Business School
Mai Pham is a doctoral candidate in the Marketing Department at the University of Auckland Business School. Her PhD research revolves around branding and value co-creation theories, focusing on the context of nation branding. Her general research interests are situated within branding, place branding, regional development, and mindful consumption. Prior to joining the University of Auckland Business School, Mai worked in different positions in the policy consulting industry.
